Process Improvement Techniques (ARIS/SYSTEM ARCHITECT/VISIO)

Introduction

Process modelling is used to implement new solutions, train employees and institute proper governance. Ongoing process improvement is a show of process ownership and supports Business Process Management.

Course Description

The course runs over five days and includes exercises and a full-day assessment on the fifth day that will consolidate the learning. The content is comprehensive and leaves the delegate with a good understanding and the ability to practically apply process improvement techniques while modelling and analysing processes.

New EA Bootcamp for Architecture Entrants

Real IRM’s new five-day EA Bootcamp course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to individuals entering an architecture-related role and/or needing a basic understanding of enterprise architecture(EA) concepts. It covers key industry frameworks and standards like TOGAF, Zachman and ArchiMate. SA’s First ArchiMate Course a Success

London Becomes Routine Training Location

Real IRM, in association with IRM UK, has made London a regular spot for our TOGAF 9 training courses. Another successful TOGAF 9 course was presented in May to a full class.
